Hi, I'm Toni Ruppert and the Artist-in-Residence for both Chicago's Austin Community and Oak Park. Art for me is public and something I share with my community. I am known in my local community as an artist—building bridges with my creations. I create series of paintings about people, community art projects that involve others and illustrations using various types of paint. I hope to bring art projects that connect people to their authentic selves. My team and I are excited to serve the community in this way.
